ADS（Advanced Design System）即先进设计系统，它为设备之间的通讯提供路由。在TwinCAT PC 和Beckhoff 的CX、BX、BC 系列控制器中都包含TwinCAT 信息路由器。因此各个ADS 设备之间都能够交换数据和信息。
TWINCAT建立数组后怎样与IO接口链接？
twincat3设置IO与twincat2设置的方式是一样的呀，只不过是twincat3是把plc和system manager弄到一个界面上了。

twincat没有连plc能进行仿真吗？
仿真在仿真过程中，不是在PLC中处理已建立的PLC程序，而是在TwinCATPLCControl的计算空间内处理运行。提供所有的联机功能。因此不需要PLC硬件，你就可以测试程序的逻辑正确性。仿真工作方式只能用于Buscontroller(BCxx00)。若你在PC(Codegenerationi386)上使用TwinCAT，不需要物理I/O，你可以直接在运行系统中仿真程序。
