如果你词汇，语法基础都还扎实的话，我可以给你提下面几条建议。
1.每种文体背一篇范文。作文考试基本上是那几种文体:记叙文，议论文，说明文，公文体（包括写信，布告），散文体。其中，前两种经常考。每种文体背一篇范文，看看文章的格式和结构，考试时直接套用即可。
2.多做文章汉翻英。如果你有一定基础的话，但是写作时无从下笔，可以搜索一点原版英语短文（适合自己程度的），将文章翻译出来。翻译过程中，你就能体会到原作者的写作思路和篇章结构了。
3.命题练习。从网络随便看到什么，就给自己以此话题命题作文。写完后，可以让英语老师给看看，有哪些不足。

作为裸考擦边过的小学长，试图帮你分析四级写作的能力需要。英语四级总分710，写作翻译共占30%即213分，听力和阅读各35%即248.5（分数大略估算）。这样看，你只需要425150 150 125，或者某一项成绩能突出突出。
最不想要的就是死扣写作，分不高还不好挣。作文好不好一眼扫的出来，正常就是及格就好。能把意思表达出来，用些中式英语，地名建筑风光直接拼音，常用的小手段。再临场背个开头结尾，120词就糊弄过去了。
四级不过词汇量一定有问题！建议每天十个，忘了没关系，一周一复习一月一温习，能看懂就很ok。
集中精力突破阅读，两篇Passage一空14分，值得认真对待，知道分丟哪了吧，考前每天一到两篇绝对是对四级的尊重。选词填空反而不用在意，最后再做，三分一个，费力还不如一空阅读。匹配题得下点功夫，底子差想擦边，得耐心的快速阅读匹配，很多次英语考试就是把它做完了才过，哈哈哈。
听力没什么说的，小学长第一次100的听力也是绝了。没别的，听说课好好上课、与同学老师互动，VOA SE（Special English）即只用1500基础词和基础语法的低速语音，还有CNN广播。反正听力对我就像是三十分钟Rap。。
最后的忠告是，刚开始，只需要听一听英文歌、读几句美文、抄两个单词，接触久了就习惯了，跟谈恋爱似的。十月再开始持续的备考，记单词、刷阅读，写写翻译。
